Shipping, returns, reviews, and a cooperative checkout do more for conversion than testing button colors.

No matter how many features you add, you can't convince a shopper who doesn't trust the cart.
It comes down to confidence—getting the product they ordered on time, and a fair way back if it doesn't work.
Clear shipping and returns on the product detail page. Mobile-friendly reviews. "Checkout" page that works with the customer, not against them. Policies are easy to find before they buy.
A stunning homepage won't save weak product pages or a cart that doesn't instill confidence.
Speed matters too. Slow or buggy on mobile—and shoppers may already think "I'm not sure about this" before they say it out loud.
Conversion rate optimization isn't just about testing buttons. It's removing doubt where the purchase actually happens.
