I lead an eight-person team (five engineers and three QA engineers) on a Magento-to-Shopify migration. I designed the sofa configurator's metaobject structure, guided product-data migration, and helped the integration team onboard its middleware and ERP connection.
The team needed a consistent product model for configurable furniture while replacing the storefront and preparing operational data flows.
I designed the configurator data structure and coordinated it with theme development and product migration. I supported integration onboarding rather than claiming ownership of every synchronization flow.

Storefront features and operational integrations had to develop together. A scope document described the intended result, but was not evidence that every feature had passed acceptance.
Configuration starts with product data
The requirements called for compatible modules, dynamic pricing, visual configuration, and multi-SKU cart output. My confirmed work covers the configurator architecture and shared metaobject model; the complete feature list remains distinct from final acceptance.
Integration support
The planned flows send catalog, price, inventory, order-status, and shipping data from the ERP to Shopify, with customers and new orders flowing back. I helped the team onboard the integration. Final mappings, operating cadence, and ownership of individual flows are not claimed here.
Delivery status
This project is pre-launch at the latest update. Store locator, wishlist, shoppable-room, analytics, and cutover activities appear in the wider scope, not as a list of completed personal achievements. No production performance or sales outcome is claimed.
